Heatmap

How every coin you hold moved, at a glance — over 24 hours, 7, 30 and 90 days, a year, against your average buy price and against its 1-year high; sized by value or equally, grouped by sector or network, with a full table and a 30-day grid.

Heatmap shows how the price of every coin you hold moved, as a map of coloured tiles. Each tile is a coin, its size is how much you hold, and its colour is the move: green for up, red for down, deeper for larger moves.

It is the fastest way to see which of your coins are driving the day, the month or the year.

The Heatmap shows how the coins themselves moved, as if you had held the same amounts the whole time. Your actual result, with your buys, sells, deposits and withdrawals, is in Performance.

Choosing the timeframe

Seven buttons at the top right:

The five figures

They change with the timeframe.

For 24H to 1Y:

Figure What it tells you
Your coins, over the period The combined move of the coins you hold, weighted by value, and what that move meant in dollars
Up / down How many coins rose and how many fell, and how much of your value is in the ones that rose
Best The best-performing coin that is at least 0.5% of your holdings, and what it did to your holding
Worst The worst-performing one
Beat BTC How many of your coins did better than Bitcoin over the period, with BTC's and ETH's moves

The 0.5% rule keeps a tiny holding that tripled from taking the Best spot; the map still shows every coin.

For Vs cost:

Figure What it tells you
Vs your cost How the coins you bought are priced against what you paid, weighted by value
In profit How many coins trade above your average buy price, and how much of the value that is
Furthest above The coin furthest above what you paid
Furthest below The coin furthest below
Without a buy price Coins that arrived as transfers or airdrops, so there is no price to compare with

For From high:

Figure What it tells you
Weighted distance How far below their 1-year highs your coins trade, on average by value
Near the high How many coins are within 10% of their high
Closest The coin nearest its high, and when that high was
Furthest The coin furthest below its high, and when that high was
BTC · ETH How far Bitcoin and Ether are from their own highs, for comparison

The map

Move the cursor over a tile to see the coin's name, its move, what that move meant on your holding, its value and share of your portfolio, its sector and the networks you hold it on. Click a tile to open the coin's detail.

Two controls above the map:

Coins without a price for the chosen view are shown in grey. Very small holdings may be too small to draw when sizing by value; the page says how many, and Equal shows them.

The colour scale under the map shows what each shade means for the chosen timeframe.

Every coin, every timeframe

A table with each coin's move over 24H, 7D, 30D, 90D, 1Y, Vs cost and From high, side by side, with Bitcoin and Ethereum at the top for reference. Each cell is coloured like the map.

Click any column title to sort by it; click again to reverse. The table shows your 12 largest coins; Show all lists every one.

How to use it: look along a row to see whether a coin's move is recent or long-running. Compare with the Bitcoin row to see whether a coin is really doing well, or only rising with the market.

Last 30 days, day by day

One square per day for your largest coins, with Bitcoin first: green for days up, red for days down, grey without a price. The number on the right counts the green days.

It shows how a move happened. A coin up 20% in a month could have climbed steadily, or jumped on one day and drifted the rest.
