What Siade Whales is
SIADE WHALES is a financial intelligence platform built around self custody, for people who want to understand the market in depth while keeping direct control of their own assets and private keys.
Why it exists
SIADE WHALES started with a personal problem — years of holding Ethereum on a paper wallet, and tools around it that were not designed for that type of user.
What we believe
Ownership, privacy, and financial information that helps people understand rather than simply react. For us, financial sovereignty starts with the ability to own, understand and operate your assets directly.
Where this is going
SIADE WHALES starts with cryptocurrency. The long term vision brings in equities, indices, commodities, bonds, ETFs and currencies, deeper analytical tools, and an Academy.
Everything it does
Every feature of Siade Whales in one list — portfolio tracking on 18 networks, profit and loss by average cost or FIFO, performance against ETH and BTC, risk, allocation targets, diversification, security checkup, heatmap, transactions, activity, wallet analyser, NFTs, market data, coin pages with AI readings, technical analysis on five timeframes, derivatives, options, order flow, a pro charting workspace, whale alerts, staking data, AI news, articles, and SWOP for signing and generating wallets on your own computer.
Getting started
Creating an account
The four steps from arriving on the site to having a working account, and what happens at each one.
Finding your way around
The five areas of the site — Wallet, SWOP, Staking, News and Settings — how to move between them, the Wallet's side menu and wallet selector, and where the docs and articles are.
Adding a wallet
How to add a wallet or follow one — My portfolio or Watchlist, choosing the network or letting it be detected, labels, hiding a wallet from your totals, removing it, receiving to it with a QR code, and what happens while its history is read.
Reading your first numbers
What to look at the first time the Wallet loads, which figures are trustworthy immediately, and the four things that surprise people.
The Wallet
Overview
The Wallet's home screen — total value with its chart in USD, BTC or ETH, profit and loss, the wallet selector, allocation, diversification score, top holdings, your movers, staked ETH, gas, Fear & Greed, whale alerts, the assets table, security checkup, wallet profile, insights, and the tokens kept out of your totals.
Market
The top 250 coins with prices, changes, market cap, volume, supply and 7-day charts, plus market cap, volume, BTC and ETH dominance, gas, Fear & Greed, top gainers and losers, and the latest whale moves.
Coin page
Everything on a coin's page and how to use it — live price and the day's range, market statistics, links and contract, the technicals summary, the price chart, futures positioning, and the Siade AI reading.
Technicals
How to read and use a coin's Technicals page — the overall verdict on five timeframes, 12 oscillators, 17 moving averages, pivot points, volume profile, support and resistance, trend, volatility, candlestick patterns, derivatives, options, order flow, liquidations, order book and on-chain holders.
Pro chart
The full-screen charting workspace for a coin — seven timeframes, four chart types, 27 indicators, 14 drawing tools including measure and text notes, picture export, and a layout remembered for each coin.
Whale alerts
People moving $25 million or more on every network, with exchanges, protocols, market makers and bots filtered out — the biggest moves, money into and out of exchanges, every whale's wallet, and a one-click way to follow any of them.
Performance
How your money actually did — value, profit and loss, time-weighted return, your result against ETH and BTC, what would have happened if you had bought only ETH or BTC, gains by day, week or month, money in and out, and which coins drove the result.
Risk & returns
How much your wallets move and how far they fall — volatility, biggest fall and recovery, Sharpe and Sortino, how you move against BTC and ETH — and how exposed today's mix is: bad-day and bad-month losses, what-if scenarios, where the risk comes from, how your coins move together, liquidity and exposure.
Allocation
Where every dollar sits — by coin, sector, wallet, network and theme; BTC and ETH against altcoins; how your mix has changed over time; and allocation targets that tell you how much to buy or sell to get back on plan.
Diversification
Whether your money is really spread out or only looks like it — a 0–100 score and its breakdown, independent bets, coins that move as one, which coins diversify you, what would improve your score, diversification over time and the concentration curve.
Health & security
A security checkup for your wallets — a health score from six checks, what to fix first, every open spending approval with a link to revoke it, traps in the token contracts you hold, address poisoning, stablecoin pegs, whether you sent money to a flagged address, and spam tokens.
Heatmap
How every coin you hold moved, at a glance — over 24 hours, 7, 30 and 90 days, a year, against your average buy price and against its 1-year high; sized by value or equally, grouped by sector or network, with a full table and a 30-day grid.
Transactions & P&L
Every buy, sell, receive and send rebuilt from the chain, with realized profit and loss by average cost or FIFO, exits in profit, time held, realized P&L by month, best and worst exits, P&L by coin, a filterable list of every movement, and a CSV export for your accountant.
Activity
Every transaction of your wallets on every network, read as what actually happened — swaps, sends, receives, bridges, moves between your own wallets, contract calls and wraps — with gas paid, a year-long activity calendar, filters, search and CSV export.
Wallet Analyser
The profile of a wallet from its whole history on every network — its traits, age, signed transactions, networks and gas; where its money comes from and goes; when it acts; who it deals with; which protocols it uses; and its gas over time. Works on your own wallets and on any wallet you follow.
NFTs
Every NFT collection in your wallets with spam filtered out — collections, items, floor value, the largest collection, hidden spam; filters by network, verified collections and search; and a detail for each collection with its floor, estimated value, links and every item you hold.
SWOP
What SWOP is
The desktop program that does what the website cannot — generate wallets, send tokens and sign contract interactions, with the key never leaving your machine.
Installing SWOP
Downloading the portable build, checking its SHA-256, what Windows will say the first time, and how updates work.
Generating wallets
The Vault: creating one paper wallet or a batch of a hundred, what the printable documents contain, and how the encrypted batch file works.
Sending
Opening a wallet with a key or a recovery phrase, choosing the token, reading the fee estimate, and what the receipt records.
Connecting to dApps
WalletConnect from a paper wallet, how SWOP decodes a signature request before you approve it, and which requests to reject.
SWOP Scan
Using a phone camera to read QR codes into SWOP, and the encryption that keeps the relay from seeing what passes through it.
Security model
Where keys live while SWOP is open, what is erased when it closes, what leaves your computer, and what the design does not protect against.
Other sections
Staking
Ethereum staking in one page — total ETH staked and its share of supply, network APR, validator entry and exit queues, supply growth, issuance and burn, liquid staking by provider, restaking, MEV and relay censorship, where staking yield comes from, and client diversity.
News
A live newsroom of crypto and financial news from 20 major outlets, filtered and grouped by topic, with an AI analysis of every story — sentiment, impact on Ethereum and crypto, key takeaways — related stories, and a public link to share any analysed story.
Articles
Two pieces a week — the week in crypto on Monday, technical analysis on Thursday — published openly at articles.siadewhales.com.
Understanding the numbers
How the numbers are calculated
The rules behind every figure on the platform — what counts as a trade, how value is established, and when a number is withheld.
Cost basis and P&L
How the platform works out what you paid, and why receiving tokens is not treated as buying them.
Unlisted tokens
Why some tokens in your wallet are shown separately and left out of your portfolio total.
Networks
The eighteen chains the Wallet reads, what is available on each one, and why coverage is not identical everywhere.
Where the data comes from
Where every number on the platform comes from, how current it is, and what you see when a source does not answer.
Privacy & security
Privacy
Exactly what the platform stores about you, what it can see, and what it never asks for.
Security model
What the website can and cannot do with your wallet, why signing lives in a separate program, and where the boundary between them sits.
Holding your own keys
What a private key actually is, what a paper wallet gives you and costs you, and the failure modes that take people's money.
Account
Settings
Your account settings — picture and username, password, support conversations with attachments, your subscription status and renewal date, the privacy summary, and signing out.
Subscription
What it costs, how paying in ETH works, when it renews, what happens when it lapses, and how to recover a lost password.
Support
How the support thread works, what to include, and why there is no email address.
