Settings

Your account settings — picture and username, password, support conversations with attachments, your subscription status and renewal date, the privacy summary, and signing out.

Settings is where you manage your account. Open it from the navigation menu: Settings.

There is very little to manage, on purpose: the account holds no personal data. No email, no phone, no name, no identity check.

Account

Picture — the image shown on your wallet and in the wallet selector. You can:

Username — the name you sign in with. Up to 32 characters. Change it and click Save username.

Password

Enter your Current password and a New password of at least 8 characters, then click Change password.

Keep your password in a password manager. There is no email on your account, so there is no "forgot password" email. If you lose it, recovery requires proving you control your wallet — see Recovering a lost password.

Support

Write to the team directly from here.

  1. Choose a Topic: General question, Wallet or data issue, Billing / subscription, Bug report, Feature request or Other.
  2. Write your Message — up to 4,000 characters.
  3. Optionally Attach a file: an image, a PDF or a text file, up to 5 MB. A screenshot is usually the quickest way to show a problem.
  4. Click Send message.

Your conversations appear below, newest first, each marked Open or Closed. Replies from Siade Whales appear in the same conversation. While a conversation is open you can reply and attach files to it.

A closed conversation stays there for reference. To raise something new, send a new message.

View plans → opens the plans page. How paying and renewing work: Subscription.

Privacy first

A reminder of how the account is built: Siade Whales never asks for personal data — no email, no phone, no name, no identity check. Your account is a username and a password. The wallets you track are watch-only: only public blockchain data is read, never your keys, and no funds are ever moved.

More detail: Privacy.

Session

Sign out ends your session on this device. You can also sign out from the navigation menu on any page.
